Elrond, or Elrond Half-Elven as he is properly known, is the leader of a group of elves living in the Valley of Rivendell.
In-Game, Elrond is an elf, with long dark hair and a circlet set on his brow. He wears long white robes, and is found in the Library of Rivendell, on the lower floor.
